• Calibration

General

The URT/R is factory calibrated and you can select any input range

without recalibrating the unit. However, if you change the RTD type,

you must calibrate the inputs.

Allow the instrument 15 minutes of powered operation (to reach a

stable temperature) before calibration and, during calibration, allow a

few seconds for signals to stabilise before accepting the value.

Equipment requirements

• A suitable RTD simulator (accurate to 0.05 °C)
